Enter the database service name with the Dedicated Server
connection type and then click NEXT.

==
Click on the "Test" button to test the database access.

==
The test was not successful. There is no SCOTT user in the database.
Click on the "Change Login" to change the username and password.

==
Login as the system user and click Okay again.

==
Then repeat the database access test.
The test was successful.
Close the window.

==
Click on the Finish button.

==
As you can see it is very easy to add, modify and configure
your TNS name.

For more information about the subject, you are encouraged
to read from a wide selection of available books.
