Create a new "shortcut."

Right click, select “New,” and then click on the “Shortcut” option.

Type the runtime form;  use the compiled application Form as a parameter.

Click “next.”

Type the application name and click “Finish.”

Double click on the icon to run the application Form.

Enter the username and password, then click “Connect.”

Click on “Execute query.”

Navigate through the application Form.

Test all the features and options, then close it.
