STEP
#1: Get Oracle Software
You
need Oracle Software (Database and developer tools) on which to practice your
Hands-On Training exercises. Normally,
an employer will provide their employees to access to their test or developer
Oracle Databases.
If not, you can
obtain a copy of Oracle Software by ordering a trail version "CD
Packs" on CD-ROM from Oracle
Store. When you are in the Oracle Store, choose your store. Then click
on the "CD Packs" tab. Then
select the latest versions from the operating systems from the list.
You can also DOWNLOAD FREE.
To download Oracle Software FREE you must first register at Oracle
Technology Network (OTN). Register
at OTN now, it is free. The
Oracle Technology Network
(OTN) is a service of Oracle Corporation. It
is an excellent site to learn more about Oracle software and news.

#2: Get Oracle Books
