Steps to reorganize a tablespace in Oracle database.

Steps:

Step #1:
Shutdown the database and startup it with the ?restrict? option.

Step #2:
Since there is no space left on the pool, you will create a temporary tablespace (use create like of the tablespace in the subject) on a different pool which has enough space.

Step #3:
Grant quote to the user or users whom have objects on the tablespace.

Step #4:
Select the tablespace on the OEM and reorg the tablespace.
Wait until job gets completed; it may takes long, long, and long time and do not cancel the job.

Step #5:
Once the job is completed, drop the temporary tablespace.

Step #6:
Resize the tablespace.

Step #7:
Shutdown the database and startup the database without the restrict option; then email user or users.

Good Luck!
