Duties and
Responsibilities:
This position will be
responsible for overseeing cashiers and switchboard operators.
Interacting with customers on escalated customer service issues.
Back-up for cashiers and switchboard operators when needed. Assist
Telecommunications Manager with the Mitel phone system.

Requirements
Prior supervisory
experience and servicing customers a plus. Experience working with a
Mitel or any other phone system a plus! Good communication skills
are required. Must be able to work flexible schedule including
evenings from Monday through Friday, and alternating Saturdays.

Daily work assignments
shall be coordinated with and status reported to the Chief, Division
of Technology Services.
Hours:
The basic work hours
shall be as stated in the Contract, however, special assignments may
require periodic adjustments to accommodate the schedules of the
clients. This may include early morning, late evening and some
weekend work.
